Welcome to Gert Sibande District Municipality

The Gert Sibande District Municipality is one of three district municipalities within the Mpumalanga province located in the highveld. It is boarded by Ekurhuleni Metro to the east of Gauteng Province and Free State Province, Ehlanzeni District to the northeast and Nkangala District to the north respectively both in Mpumalanga Province, Amajuba District in KwaZulu Natal Province to the southeast and Swaziland to the east.
