Gert Sibande District Municipality (GSDM) Executive Mayor, Cllr Walter Mngomezulu in his capacity as the Chairperson of the District Aids Council (DAC) convened the council’s sitting at the Morgenzon Library.
The sitting was followed by a community engagement at the Morgenzon Community Hall where Cllr Mngomezulu and his counterparts from the seven local municipalities as well as the civil society engaged with community members on the scourge of Gender Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF).
